PRODUCT INGREDIENTS 

Maize Starch, Modified Tapioca Starch (1442), Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Sorghum, Water, Fruits (Sultana (7%), Olive Oil, Brown Rice Syrup, Grape Juice Concentrate, Sugar, Psyllium Powder, Currents (2%), Mixed Spices (Cassia, Nutmeg, Ginger, Cloves, Pepper), Yeast, White Vinegar, Guar Gum (412), Salt, Stabilisers (464, 466).

PRODUCT PREPARATION

Liberate Fruit N' Spice English Muffins have been created to be heated before consuming. Carefully slice the muffin crosswise. Heat each slice in a toaster or under a grill until lightly golden or just right for you, then add your favourite toppings. 

CONSUMER STORAGE

Best stored at home in fridge or freezer in original pack.

May store in freezer for up to 3 months, then store in fridge after thaw and consume within 5 days.

If storing in fridge, follow the best before date on pack and consume within 5 days of opening pack.
